Practice Square Breathing with acupressure for anxiety

Method:

1. inhale deeply through the nose filling the belly and chest to a count of four.
2. hold for a count of four.
3. exhale with control to a count of four, fully emptying the lungs and belly.
4. Hold for a count of four.
